Suprema (CEOs Jaewon Lee and Hancheol Kim), an AI-integrated security solutions company, was selected as the winner of the Access Control category at the 2025 a&s Adria Awards. The award ceremony took place during the 10th Adria Security Summit, held in Skopje, North Macedonia, from October 8th to 9th.

The Adria Security Summit is the leading security exhibition in Eastern Europe and the Balkans. This year's event attracted approximately 2,000 security industry professionals and 111 companies. The "A&S Adria Awards" recognizes and honors companies that have demonstrated technological achievements across the security industry, including video surveillance, access control, and cybersecurity.

Suprema won this award for its cloud-based access control platform, BioStar Air. This platform features a cloud-native architecture with built-in biometric authentication capabilities, processing authentication data directly on each device. Furthermore, it can be operated without a separate on-premises server upon installation.

Meanwhile, Suprema continues to develop products and technologies in the biometrics and access control fields, focusing on AI-based integrated security solutions.
