Bespin Global Participates in AWS AI x Industry Week 2025

Bespin Global , an AI managed service company, announced on the 17th that it participated in 'AWS AI x Industry Week 2025' held at COEX The Platz in Seoul from October 14th to 16th and introduced its manufacturing industry-specific AI solution.

Hosted by Amazon Web Services (AWS), this event was designed to share the impact of AI technology and innovative practices across various industries. Around 60 sessions and demos were held, focusing on five industries: gaming, manufacturing, retail, software, and finance.

During the event, Bespin Global showcased its AI-based voice ordering automation solution, built on the HelpNow Agentic AI platform. This solution, applied to manufacturing company H's maintenance process parts ordering, supports 24/7 operation and utilizes existing phone lines, significantly improving implementation efficiency. Leveraging speech recognition (STT) technology and a large-scale language model (LLM) based on AWS Bedrock, the solution improved recognition errors caused by dialects, slang, and rapid speech.

As a result of implementation, order processing time was shortened by approximately 30% compared to the existing wired ordering method, and error rates were reduced by over 50%. When expanded to all stores, annual cost savings of over 10 billion won are expected.

“We have confirmed that there is a high demand for generative AI in the domestic manufacturing industry,” said Park Ki-cheol, head of the HelpNow AI Platform Division at Bespin Global. “We plan to continue supporting companies’ digital transformation through various industry-specific AI solutions.”
