Pluto provides AI translation services to the Korean Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and Laser Medicine.

Plitto (CEO Lee Jeong-su), an artificial intelligence (AI) data and solution company, announced on the 17th that it provided real-time AI simultaneous interpretation service at the '2025 Korean Society for Aesthetic Plastic and Laser Medicine (ASLS) Aesthetic Medical Device Expo and Fall Conference' held at the COEX Conference Room in Samseong-dong, Seoul from the 10th to the 12th.

Daemire is an international academic event in the fields of beauty, plastic surgery, and dermatology, attended by medical professionals and industry professionals from around the world who share the latest research and trends. As the official interpretation and translation partner, Pluto provided its AI simultaneous interpretation solution, "Live Translation," to facilitate smooth communication among the multinational participants.

Pluto implemented hyper-personalized AI learning, incorporating presenters' papers, manuscripts, and voice data, along with medical terminology, intonation, and pronunciation patterns, to create a high-quality interpretation and translation environment. Attendees could view translated content in English, Chinese, Korean, and Japanese on the main screen, and could access presentations in up to 42 languages in real time on their personal mobile devices.

In particular, medical terms that have different meanings depending on the context, such as 'Lifting', 'Modality', and 'Defuse', were accurately translated, and pronunciation deviations (l/r, f/v) were automatically corrected to support smooth communication between the presenter and the audience.

Building on this experience, Pluto plans to strengthen its AI translation and interpretation capabilities in the global medical and technology conference market. Furthermore, with a specialized engine trained on high-quality data, Pluto plans to provide customized translation and interpretation services optimized for specialized academic fields such as medicine, biotechnology, and technology.

Lee Jeong-su, CEO of Pluto, said, “Medical translation is difficult to achieve quality with general translation engines due to the high difficulty of pronunciation and terminology,” and added, “Pluto is implementing ‘translation that understands the intention’ through hyper-personalized technology that learns even the speaker’s language patterns.”
