Korea Proptech Signs MOU with Bundang Redevelopment Association

Korea Proptech Co., Ltd. (CEO Song Ji-yeon), which operates the integrated urban development project solution 'Eolmajip', announced on the 21st that it signed a business agreement (MOU) with the Bundang Redevelopment Association (Chairman Choi Woo-sik) on the 14th for the efficient promotion of the Bundang New Town redevelopment project.

This agreement was established with the aim of establishing an efficient digital-based work system for the reconstruction project in Bundang, the first new city, and increasing transparency and accessibility of project procedures for residents.

'Eolmajip' is a dedicated solution for urban development projects, including electronic consent forms, electronic voting, and process management systems. Its key feature is that it digitalizes existing offline-centric procedures to save time and costs and increase administrative efficiency.

The Bundang Reconstruction Association is a civic association formed to respond to policies and procedures related to the first new town reconstruction project. Its activities include communication with the government and local governments, gathering public opinion, and stabilizing project progress.

According to the business agreement, Korea Proptech will provide support for the following areas: ▲provision of an electronic consent system for members of the association for reconstruction project sites; ▲introduction of a decision-making system based on electronic voting; ▲real-time digital monitoring of project costs and process management; and ▲a notice and data sharing platform for members.

This is expected to have various effects, such as streamlining the main procedures of reconstruction projects, increasing transparency, and enhancing project reliability, and the association's member complexes will receive customized solutions for each stage.

Song Ji-yeon, CEO of Korea Proptech, said, “This agreement will be an opportunity to fully launch the digital transformation of reconstruction projects,” and added, “We will contribute to creating a transparent and efficient urban development project environment through cooperation with the Bundang Reconstruction Association.”

Korea Proptech plans to continue to expand its digital-based, practical support to urban development project stakeholders, such as cooperatives and promotion committees, based on its Eoreumjip service.
