Mr. Mind introduces AI care robot "Chorongi" at the Seongnam Citizen Health Expo.

Mr. Mind , a company specializing in artificial intelligence (AI) care robots, announced on the 22nd that it participated in the 18th Seongnam Citizen Health Fair held at Yuldong Park in Seongnam City on October 19th and introduced its AI talking companion doll, ‘Chorongi’, to citizens.

Hosted by Seongnam City, this expo aimed to promote health and promote a culture of well-being among citizens. It featured a variety of experiential booths and health-related information programs. Mr. Mind captured the public's attention by exhibiting AI care technology capable of emotional connection and health monitoring.

"Chorongi," unveiled on-site, goes beyond simple conversation. It uses AI to analyze user emotional changes and health abnormalities based on conversation data, producing reports when necessary. Furthermore, it utilizes a motion sensor to detect movement changes and features an emergency call function, enabling rescue requests with a simple voice command in an emergency.

Mr. Mind explains that this can help detect abnormal signs in the elderly's daily lives, such as depression, loneliness, and changes in sleeping and eating habits, early on, and help prevent lonely deaths and accidents at home.

Currently, Cholongi has been distributed to approximately 60 local governments and implementing agencies nationwide, and citizens are provided with free access through these local governments. Seongnam residents can experience Cholongi at any time through the Chingoryeong Hall on display at the Seongnam Senior Industry Innovation Center.

A Mister Mind official said, “This expo provided an opportunity to directly introduce AI care robot technology to Seongnam citizens and expand awareness of the necessity and effectiveness of care services.” They added, “We will continue to advance AI care technologies such as emotional conversation, abnormal sign detection, and emergency response so that they can become a safety net in citizens’ daily lives.”
