Won Law Firm (CEO Ki-won Yoon and Yu-jeong Lee) announced on the 23rd that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with EL Labor Law Firm to strengthen its human resources and labor services.
The signing ceremony was held on the 22nd in the conference room of Won Law Firm, and was attended by key officials including Won Law Firm's Managing Attorney Lee Yu-jeong, Human Resources and Labor Team attorneys Jeong Seok-yoon, Oh Jeong-ik, Jo Gyeong-ae, and Kang Seo-yeong, and Labor Firm EL's Chairman Cho Ik-hwan and CEO Oh Gwi-jeong.
Through this agreement, the two companies plan to jointly provide consulting and incident response services across all aspects of human resources and labor, including labor laws, human resources and labor management, employment contracts, major and industrial accidents, disciplinary actions and dismissals, and wages and benefits, thereby providing integrated and efficient services. They also plan to expand collaboration in education and research.
