With this certification, Sendbird announced that the reliability and transparency of its AI operating system have been internationally recognized.
ISO/IEC 42001 is the world's first AI management system standard jointly established by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC). It evaluates whether ethics, fairness, transparency, accountability, stability, risk management, and personal information protection are systematically implemented during the development and operation of AI services.
