Korea Research Innovation Division Wins Best Physical Product Testing Award

Korea Research Innovation Headquarters announced on the 24th that it participated in the 'UX Masterclass 2025 (UXMC 2025)' held in Bengaluru, India as the Korean representative of the global UX research network 'UX Alliance' and won the 'Best Physical Product Testing Award'.

Hosted by the UX Alliance, the event, themed "Navigating Uncertainty: The Future of UX Research," took place from October 9th to 10th. UX experts from around the world gathered to share the latest research methodologies and global trends.

"This award signifies global recognition of our UX research capabilities," said Kang Deok-yong, Head of Korea Research Innovation Division. "It's the synergy of our overseas usability research experience and global network." He added, "As the sole representative Korean partner of the UX Alliance, we plan to continue providing customized research solutions to support domestic companies' expansion into overseas markets."

The UX Alliance Awards judges said, “Korea Research is a key partner with top-level research capabilities within the UX Alliance,” and added, “This award is an exemplary case of in-depth analysis of the user experience of complex home appliances, and will provide useful insights to global partners.”

Meanwhile, the Korea Research Innovation Headquarters used this UXMC as an opportunity to establish a "Global Heuristic Expert Pool," comprised of UX experts from 32 major countries. Starting next year, this pool will provide a specialized service that provides rapid heuristic diagnostic results within three days in representative cities across these 32 countries.
