
The ESG Center (Co-Directors Jiheon Oh and Taekyung Lee) of Won Law Firm (CEOs Kiwon Yoon and Yujeong Lee) will hold a special seminar on the topic of “Changes in the Public Institution Management Evaluation System and Response Measures” at 3:00 PM on November 11th at the 23rd floor lecture hall of Landmark Tower in Gangnam-daero, Seoul.
This seminar aims to provide practical strategies for responding to the recently revised public institution management evaluation standards and provide in-depth information to help organizations effectively prepare for next year's evaluation. Following the seminar, one-on-one consultations with experts will be available for organizations that have pre-registered.
The seminar will begin with a congratulatory address by Attorney Kang Geum-sil (Won Law Firm, 55th Minister of Justice). In the first session, Professor Lee Jae-hyeok (Korea University, Department of Business Administration, President of the International ESG Association) will present on "Sustainability Assessment Methods and Materiality Issues." In the second session, Professor Choi Hyeon-seon (Myongji University, Department of Public Administration, former member of the Presidential Committee on State Affairs) will address "New Government Public Institution Governance: Policy and Evaluation Directions." Following this, Attorney Kang Seo-young of the Human Resources and Labor Team at Won Law Firm will present "Response Measures from a Labor Law Perspective," and Co-Director Lee Tae-kyung of the ESG Center will present "Response Measures from an Internal Control Perspective."
