Duwat Signs MOU with Thai Hospitality Company

DOWHAT, a smart hotel integrated platform company, announced on the 30th that it signed a strategic business agreement (MOU) with REVERED HOSPITALITY Co., Ltd., a Thai hospitality company, on October 24th.

Under the agreement, the two companies will gradually implement a smart hotel platform solution for major Thai resorts and hotels, support localized digital and AI transformation (DX/AX), collaborate on hotel operation consulting, training, and marketing, and collaborate on technology development. This collaboration is expected to improve hotel management efficiency, enhance the customer experience, and introduce global-standard services.

With this agreement, Dowat will begin its full-scale expansion into the Southeast Asian market, with Thailand as its base. The Dowat Smart Hotel Platform is an all-in-one solution that manages the entire process, from reservations and contactless check-in, room control, service ordering and payment, and even check-out. It also offers a customized DX operating system tailored to local hotel needs, integration with Opera PMS, local PMS integration, in-room tablet services, and an integrated management solution.

“The Duwat solution digitizes all operational processes, enabling us to simultaneously improve guest satisfaction and operational efficiency,” said Jerry Bigayan, COO of REVERED HOSPITALITY. “When combined with local expertise, it can set a new standard for the hotel and resort industry across Asia.”

“This agreement is the first step toward expanding Korea’s smart hospitality solutions to the Asian market through a glocal collaboration model that goes beyond technology supply,” said Kim Joo-young, CEO of Duwat. “We plan to expand to Vietnam, Indonesia, Singapore, and other countries, starting with Thailand.”
