The Korea Data Industry Promotion Agency is recruiting suppliers for its 2026 data voucher support program.

The Korea Data Industry Promotion Agency (K-DATA) announced that it will be recruiting suppliers for the 2026 Data Voucher Support Project from November 12 to December 11.

The Data Voucher Support Project, launched in 2019, aims to revitalize data transactions by providing data products and services to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), small business owners, and aspiring entrepreneurs. In 2025, 4,699 companies applied, achieving a peak competition rate of 10.2 to 1. Of these, 460 companies were selected and are now receiving customized support across all stages, from data planning to utilization.

This project operates as an integrated voucher system that encompasses all stages of data utilization, including planning and design, collection and creation, processing, analysis, and utilization. This allows companies in need to freely combine and utilize the data products and utilization services they require.

The 2026 supplier recruitment program will be conducted based on this integrated voucher system to identify and register companies that can provide diverse data products and utilization services to demanders. Eligible companies include domestic companies, organizations, public institutions, research institutes, and schools capable of selling data products or providing utilization services. Applicants must have completed data business registration in accordance with Article 16 of the Framework Act on the Promotion of Data Industry and Utilization.

Since the 2025 supplier qualifications expire on December 31, 2025, applications for the 2026 Data Voucher program must be submitted within this application period. Supplier registration will be based on the business plan and submitted documents, which will undergo a qualification review and evaluation by a professional evaluation committee.

Applications can be submitted through the Data Voucher Business Management System, and the process can be completed according to the contest guidelines.

K-DATA CEO Yang Jae-soo said, “Supplier companies are the key driving force behind the advancement of data technology and industrial innovation,” adding, “We look forward to the active participation of capable companies.”
