Megazone Cloud, an AI and cloud company, announced on the 13th that it has signed a distribution agreement with global AI chip manufacturer NVIDIA in Korea. The signing ceremony was held at the Megazone Industry-Academia-Research Center in Gwacheon, and was attended by Megazone Cloud CEO Dong-Hoon Yeom, NVIDIA Global Distribution Director Jeff Pancher, and NVIDIA Korea CEO So-Young Jeong. With this agreement, Megazone Cloud will fully pursue AI infrastructure supply and the expansion of the AI ecosystem as NVIDIA's official domestic distributor.
Under the agreement, MegaZone Cloud will supply core AI infrastructure hardware products, including NVIDIA's DGX and HGX GPU servers and InfiniBand high-performance network equipment, to the domestic market. Through this, MegaZone Cloud plans to meet the growing demand for AI deployment in diverse industries, including AI learning and inference systems for data centers, high-performance computing (HPC) environments, industrial vision and edge AI, and hybrid AI factories.
Beyond simple product distribution, MegaZone Cloud is also introducing a "platform-based distributor" operating model to accelerate customers' AI business. Through this model, MegaZone Cloud will provide integrated services such as AI infrastructure design and configuration, proof-of-concept (PoC), implementation and operation support, and NVIDIA training and certification programs, serving as a technical link between vendors, partners, and customers.
The two companies also plan to launch joint marketing activities, including industry-specific technology seminars, customer webinars, PoC support campaigns, and partner technology training programs, to expand the domestic AI ecosystem.
MegaZone Cloud CEO Dong-Hoon Yeom said, “This contract is an important opportunity to expand the domestic AI infrastructure ecosystem,” and added, “Based on our collaboration with NVIDIA, we will support the entire process from AI system design to operation, thereby enhancing the speed, stability, and cost efficiency of customers’ AI adoption.”
