Isu Systems (CEO Son Won-dong) , an IT subsidiary of Isu Group (Chairman Kim Sang-beom), announced on the 21st that it signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with KHI affiliate ForceTEC for business cooperation in the HR field.
Through this agreement, both companies aim to expand their HR platform business, focusing on the Yeongnam region, and strengthen their competitiveness in the domestic HR market by combining their respective expertise.
Isu Systems has been providing customized HR solutions and platform services to domestic companies. Recently, it launched its build-type HR solution, "Smart HR 5.0," and is expanding its cloud HR platform, "WORKUP." POSTECH has experience in building, operating, and maintaining information systems in the shipbuilding, manufacturing, heavy industry, and public sectors.
Building on this expertise, the two companies plan to expand their HR business to encompass small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and large corporations in the Yeongnam region, and collaborate across diverse industries, including shipbuilding, manufacturing, heavy industry, and the public sector.
“Through this collaboration with POSTECH, we anticipate expanding our HR business in the Yeongnam region, securing new customers, and growing as the region’s leading business partner,” said Won-Dong Son, CEO of Isu Systems. “With this agreement as a momentum, we will focus on improving customer satisfaction in the domestic and international HR markets.”
