CrossHub Signs Global eSIM and Identity Authentication Service Supply Agreement with Gadget Korea

Global identity authentication service company Crosshub and eSIM company Gadget Korea announced that they signed a supply contract at the Singapore Fintech Festival (SFF) held at the Singapore EXPO Arena.

Gadget Korea, an eSIM company with over 5 million cumulative users in Korea, has joined CrossHub as an official partner for its International Student Settlement Solution (ISLMP) project. Starting in 2026, the company plans to expand its eSIM service to approximately 270,000 international students in Korea.

Gadget Korea Director Kang Hyun-mook stated that Gadget Korea will explore entering the North American market as well as Southeast Asia with CrossHub, which is developing into a global standard, after joining CrossHub as an eSIM partner for CrossHub's IDBlock business. CrossHub Director Kim Sang-yoon emphasized the importance of partnering with a company with competitive advantages in the domestic and international eSIM markets, and explained that the company plans to pursue global expansion through overseas branches, including in Singapore.

The ISLMP project, promoted by CrossHub, is a settlement support solution for international students, implemented through the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport's Smart City Competition. It includes a new D2 Longstay visa issuance and management system that addresses issues with the current D2 visa. Approximately 270,000 existing D2 visa holders are expected to transition to the new visa, and eSIM services for international students will also be provided through approximately 400 universities nationwide.
