AI and cloud company MegaZone Cloud (CEO Donghoon Yeom) announced on the 2nd that it had won the ‘Partner of the Year Award’ in two categories from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
The awards were presented at the Partner Awards Ceremony held on the first day of the "AWS re:Invent 2025" event, held from January 1st to 5th in Las Vegas, USA. Megazone Cloud received both the Consulting Partner of the Year and the APJ Public Sector Consulting Partner Award among AWS Consulting Partners in the Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ) region.
The AWS Partner Awards recognize partners who have demonstrated expertise, innovation, and collaboration over the past year in supporting customers' use of AWS. The APJ Consulting Partner of the Year award recognizes companies that have demonstrated outstanding performance in revenue contribution, new business creation, and training AWS-certified professionals. The Public Sector Consulting Partner Award recognizes partners who have provided cloud-based solutions to government, education, and non-profit organizations.
MegaZone Cloud has implemented digital transformation projects in the public sector, including the establishment of a data sharing platform for emergency medical institutions, focusing on large domestic hospitals. Its Japanese and Vietnamese subsidiaries also participated in the transformation of generative AI and cloud-based infrastructure for educational and research institutions, as well as the development of specialized training programs.
Additionally, MegaZone Cloud utilizes its self-developed cloud migration solution, HyperMig, to support the entire process from infrastructure and system diagnosis to strategy formulation and migration.
Yeom Dong-hoon, CEO of MegaZone Cloud, said, “This award is a result of our contribution to the AWS-based digital transformation and cloud business development of domestic and international public and private enterprise customers,” and added, “We will continue to focus on supporting customer innovation in the fields of AI, data, and security.”
