Job Korea (CEO Hyun-Jun Yoon) announced on the 3rd that Hyun-Jun Yoon, CEO and President of the Korea Job Information Association, received the Minister's Award for Contribution to the Development of the Software Industry at the '26th Software Industry Day' ceremony held at the Grand Hall of the Yangjae L Tower in Seoul on the 1st.
This event, hosted by the Ministry of Science and ICT and the Korea Artificial Intelligence and Software Industry Association (KOSA), was designed to select and reward individuals who have contributed to the development of the domestic software industry and digital innovation.
CEO Hyun-Jun Yoon was selected as the winner in the individual category in recognition of his various innovative achievements since taking office as CEO of Job Korea in December 2022, including advancing AI-based job matching technology, developing the HR industry's first recruiting-specific generative AI, transforming the company into an HR tech company through the establishment of AI and data infrastructure, and contributing to the revitalization of the employment market.
CEO Yoon said, “This award recognizes Job Korea’s contributions to the development of the HR tech industry based on its AI and software capabilities,” and added, “We will continue to innovate in the ever-changing technological environment and become a partner that helps all workers grow.”
