Alpha Lab Signs Business Agreement with MustVision

Alpha Lab (CEO Bang Soo-jun), a professional restaurant accelerator, announced on the 16th that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with professional artist agency Must Vision (CEO Kim Min-goo) to jointly promote F&B creator business based on chef intellectual property (IP).

This agreement aims to expand chef IP into a systematic and professional business model, as chefs emerge as influential content creators across the restaurant and distribution industries.

Through this partnership, the two companies will combine MustVision's chef management and marketing expertise with Alpha Lab's specialized restaurant accelerator capabilities to develop diverse F&B businesses leveraging chef IP and jointly commercialize related content and brands. Furthermore, in line with the growing trend of K-food, the two companies will explore business models for competitive Korean chefs to expand overseas.

MustVision CEO Kim Min-goo said he expects the expansion of the chef IP business model through collaboration with Alpha Lab, which has strengths in restaurant commercialization based on its professional marketing experience as a chef.

Alpha Lab CEO Bang Soo-jun explained that the company plans to support differentiated marketing using chef IP in the restaurant market and the development of K-food-related content, while promoting the continued growth of related businesses.
