Robotics company Brils (CEO Jin Jeon) announced on the 24th that it had been selected as the '2025 Korea Robotics Company of the Year'.
On the 23rd, Brils was awarded the Robot SI category's "Korea Robot Company of the Year" award at the "2025 Korea Robot Company of the Year" ceremony held at the Yangjae L Tower in Seoul. Hosted by the Robot Newspaper, the awards ceremony comprehensively evaluates the company's contributions to the domestic robotics industry over the past year, growth potential, and market performance. Winners are selected across seven categories: industrial robots, service robots, robot components and platforms, artificial intelligence, and robot system integration.
Brils has developed a multi-robot precision control automation technology based on a robotic modular platform solution, leveraging complex coordinate systems and 3D vision fusion technology. This expertise, combined with its supply of robotic automation solutions to diverse industries, including automotive, secondary battery, and semiconductor inspection and measurement equipment, has earned it the Robot SI award for two consecutive years.
Brils is conducting research and development focusing on six core technologies: complex coordinate system-based robot control, image sensing-based robot control, special object response robot control, artificial intelligence-based safety intelligence, high-precision inspection systems, and collaborative robot technology.
Through this, the company not only integrates robot systems but also independently develops and manufactures a variety of robot products, including industrial robots, collaborative robots, explosion-proof robots, and autonomous robots. Combining robot manufacturing and system integration capabilities, the company provides customized automation systems tailored to the industry, expanding its competitiveness in the global market. Recently, the company won the RoboWorld Award for the third consecutive year at the 2025 RoboWorld.
Jeonjin Brils CEO said that this award is a recognition of the technological innovation and competitiveness of the robot modularization platform solution that has been pursued so far, and that the company will continue to contribute to the development of the robot industry through technology that combines robot system integration and manufacturing capabilities.
