PSTech (CEO Jaeyong Hwang) announced on the 18th that it received the highest rating of A+ in an ESG evaluation conducted by NICE D&B, a corporate credit information provider. This evaluation comprehensively verified the company's comprehensive management standards, including its environmental management system, hazardous substance emissions management, labor and human rights, ethical management policies, and social contribution program operations.
In the environmental sector, P-Tech received an A grade for its company-wide efforts to conserve energy and reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and in the social and governance sector, it earned the highest grade of A+ for its labor and human rights, safety and health systems, and ethical and transparent management practices.
To establish ESG management as a corporate culture, the company launched a "Reused Goods Donation Campaign," a social contribution program in which employees participate. Employees collected clothing, miscellaneous goods, and household goods from their families and donated them. These donated items were resold through Goodwill stores, contributing to job creation for people with disabilities and environmental protection. Participating employees were issued donation receipts.
In addition, P-Tech is practicing ESG management in various ways, such as reducing carbon emissions through ZEB certification at each product delivery site, introducing production facilities with low power consumption and carbon emissions, using eco-friendly packaging materials, and participating in plogging activities.
A PSTech official stated, “Achieving an A+ ESG overall rating is a result achieved by all executives and employees working together,” and added, “We will continue to focus our company-wide capabilities to strengthen the reliability of our ESG management system and demonstrate our sustainable management performance.”
