Vibe Company wins a KRW 5.4 billion contract for the aT Public Food Service Integrated Platform Operation Project.

Vibe Company (CEO Kim Kyung-seo), an artificial intelligence (AI) specialized company, announced on the 18th that it had exclusively won the contract for the 'Public Food Service Integrated Platform Operation and Maintenance Project' commissioned by the Korea Agro-Fisheries & Food Trade Corporation (aT).

This project, with a total scale of 5.4 billion won, will be carried out for three years from January 2026. The core of this project is to promote stable operation and continuous advancement of bidding/contracting, order receipt/purchase, settlement, statistics, and external linkage functions across the public food service integrated platform, including the Public Food Service Electronic Procurement System (NeaT), Food Service Support Center System (SeaT), and Military Food Service System (MeaT).

Vibe Company will operate and maintain all core public food service operations, including the electronic bidding, contracting, and settlement systems, the food support center ordering and subsidy settlement systems, and the military food electronic procurement and external agency linkage systems. Through these systems, Vibe Company plans to support a continuous outage response system and stable service operation.

This contract was awarded in recognition of the company's experience in operating external partnerships, its security and performance management capabilities, and its integrated operational capabilities based on an understanding of operational workflows. A key factor in its selection was the company's proposed plan to ensure business continuity in preparation for the relocation of the project implementation department to Naju, South Jeolla Province, in the first half of 2026.

Vibe Company plans to strengthen service stability by implementing SLA-based quality management and a proactive monitoring system. It also plans to build a structure that can flexibly respond to changes in the operating environment, such as changes in laws and regulations, the introduction of new local governments, and the expansion of external system integration. This project is also linked to the public food service integrated platform cloud-native conversion project, scheduled for the first half of 2026.

A Vibe Company official said, “We are currently participating in the ISP business for cloud conversion,” and added, “We will secure the platform’s scalability and mid- to long-term operational stability through a continuous performance system from conversion construction to operation and maintenance.”
