Appier, an AI native software company, announced the conclusion of its "AI Agent Roadshow" at Seongam Art Hall in Gangnam, Seoul, on December 11th. Appier, attended by approximately 250 marketing professionals and advertising industry professionals, featured a keynote address by Song Gil-young, presentations on Appier's latest AI agent use cases, and demonstrations of eight AI agents.
In his opening remarks, Appier co-founder and CEO Chih-Han Yu emphasized the role AI plays in enhancing corporate productivity and ROI, stating, "We are advancing the concepts of 'Agent as a Service' and 'Intelligence as a Service' beyond SaaS, evolving general-purpose AI models into specialized marketing agents." Author Song Gil-young explained that AI agents will become "augmented partners" that dramatically expand the execution capabilities of small organizations.
The session showcased eight agents applied across Appier's entire product line: three ad clouds (ROI, Coding, and Director Agents) that support customer acquisition and performance maximization; three personalization clouds (Sales, Service, and Campaign Agents) that enhance retention and CX; and two data clouds (Insight and Audience Agents) that support strategic decision-making.
Key clients, including Gmarket and VTPL global makeup brand 'SISTER ANN', also participated, receiving much attention by sharing examples of cost savings, improved performance, and expanded creativity achieved through the introduction of AI solutions.
The AI agent unveiled at this roadshow can be utilized throughout all stages of marketing, and its flexible pricing structure allows for adoption regardless of scale. It supports Korean, English, Japanese, and Chinese, and will be released sequentially in each market.
