Global fashion ODM company Hansae (CEOs Dong-nyeong Kim, Ik-hwan Kim, and Kyung Kim) announced on the 10th that it had been selected as an excellent company and won the grand prize in the "2025 Customized Industry Innovation Voucher Support Project." Hosted by the Ministry of Science and ICT and the National IT Industry Promotion Agency, the project is a government-funded program that provides AI and data training and customized DX consulting to support the digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). This year, 37 companies nationwide received support.
Hansae Industrial, selected as a demand company for the first time this year, collaborated with AI startup Team Sparta to implement a customized digital competency development program. The company enhanced its existing DX training with a practical focus, strengthening employees' digital work capabilities. This achievement led to Hansae Industrial's recognition as an excellent company and its grand prize.
At the "2025 Digital Transformation Capacity Building Project Results Sharing Session," Hansae Industrial presented the results of its "Apparel Industry Digital Transformation AI Talent Development Project." Kwak Jun-young, Senior Manager of the P&C Team, explained that the company's key goals for this year include expanding internal DX capabilities, establishing field-driven automation, and fostering a digital culture within the organization. A total of 133 employees completed 492 hours of training, demonstrating increased participant satisfaction and work efficiency (up to 50%).
Job-based AI training for key talent achieved an average satisfaction rating of 4.65, and showed a more than 50% reduction in task processing time for key projects. The company plans to accelerate its company-wide digital transformation by targeting the development of three key AI agents.
Vice Chairman Kim Ik-hwan said, “Hansae Industrial has been a leader in digital transformation in the fashion industry,” and added, “We will continue to lead the digital innovation of the global fashion industry by strengthening our practice-based DX system.”
