Plani announced that its knowledge-based AI service creation and management platform, SyncInsight, has received the 1st grade Software Quality Certification (GS) from the Telecommunications Technology Association (TTA). This marks an official validation of the reliability and stability of a domestic platform, particularly as the adoption of RAG-based organizational and private AI, which constructs AI services based on organizational documents and data, continues to grow.
GS Certification is a nationally recognized certification system that evaluates the overall quality of software, including functionality, performance, compatibility, and security. Grade 1 is the highest rating, awarded only to those who meet high performance standards across all evaluation criteria. It serves as a key criterion for AI adoption by public institutions, research institutes, and businesses.
SyncInsight is an enterprise platform that structures and transforms documents and data held by organizations and companies into knowledge, enabling the creation and operation of a variety of practical AI services, including document summarization, automatic report generation, data retrieval and visualization, internal document search, and chatbots, all without development. It offers RAG-based document understanding and Text-to-SQL functionality, enabling even non-developers to query documents and databases using natural language.
It also supports role-based access control (RBAC), automatically adjusting document access based on user permissions. This allows it to meet internal security policies even in environments where the use of externally generated AI is restricted, enabling reliable adoption in organizations with high security requirements, such as public institutions, research institutes, and private companies.
SyncInsight supports both cloud (SaaS) and on-premise deployments, enabling the same functionality in closed and internal network environments. This architecture addresses the growing demand for private and on-premise AI, providing both security and operational flexibility.
Plani plans to gradually expand SyncInsight's capabilities beyond document and data utilization, broadening the scope of AI application across all business processes.
