Beyond Medicine (CEO Daehyun Kim) , a company specializing in digital therapeutics for improving temporomandibular joint disorder (TMD), announced on the 14th that it will participate in the global medical and healthcare fair 'Medica 2025' to be held in Düsseldorf, Germany from November 17th to 20th.
MEDICA 2025 is the largest global medical device and digital health industry event, with over 5,000 companies from over 70 countries participating and over 80,000 healthcare professionals and industry experts attending. This year's exhibition focuses on artificial intelligence (AI), robotics, and connected and integrated care, showcasing the latest healthcare technologies and digital transformation initiatives.
At the expo, Beyond Medicine will showcase Clickless, a digital treatment for temporomandibular joint disorder (TMJ) designated as the first innovative medical device in the dental field. Based on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Clickless helps patients adjust their lifestyle habits and practice self-management in their daily lives. Treatment can be administered via smartphone, without the need for any wearable devices. Medical professionals can access real-time treatment data through a cloud-based platform and provide customized treatment plans.
Clickless's key features include lifestyle improvement, pain record-based cognitive behavioral therapy, self-rehabilitation exercise programs, and meditation therapy. It offers a 10-minute, six-week, non-pharmacological treatment program. Its data-based, patient-centered treatment is recognized as a connected healthcare solution.
Recently, a paper on Clickless was published in the Journal of Medical Internet Research (JMIR), an international digital health journal, demonstrating its clinical efficacy and safety internationally. Beyond Medicine CEO Kim Dae-hyun stated, "It is significant that we can introduce our temporomandibular joint disorder solution in Germany, a leading digital health leader.
