MYSC invests in seed funding for AI knowledge curation startup Textway.

MYSC announced on the 5th that it has made a seed extension investment in Textway, a startup developing an AI knowledge curation platform that structures and transforms text-based information into personalized knowledge. This investment was executed through the "KAIST-MISC Double Impact Fund," jointly established by MYSC and KAIST Technology Holdings.

Founded in August 2022, Textway develops text-structuring AI solutions that summarize, tag, and search key information in structured and unstructured documents, tailored to the user's needs. This November, the company was selected for Deep Tech Tips as a MYSC recommendation.

Through this investment, MYSC plans to continue providing follow-up support, including recommendations for deep-tech tips, PoC connections in developing countries, recommendations for technical talent, B-Corp certification, and consulting on overseas expansion strategies.

Textway CEO Seungmin Yoo stated, “With this investment as a springboard, we will build an ecosystem that enhances information accessibility and usability by advancing AI technology and expanding our corporate and personal products.”

MYSC Team Leader Junjae Byun evaluated that “Textway is capable of rapid growth based on its unique technology architecture and execution capabilities, and it creates social value by eliminating the digital information gap and maximizing knowledge utilization.”
