Sage to Participate in SMATEC 2025

Sage (Co-CEOs Jong-Woo Park and Young-Seok Hong), an industry-specialized AI company, will participate in the '7th Smart Factory Construction and Production Automation Exhibition (SMATEC 2025)' held at the Suwon Convention Center from November 5th to 7th.

Hosted by the Korea Economic Daily and the Korea Industrial Complex Corporation, SMATEC 2025 is Korea's largest smart factory and automation industry exhibition, showcasing the latest smart manufacturing technologies and solutions in one place.

At the exhibition, Sage will introduce its deep learning-based AI machine vision solution, Sage Vision. Sage Vision is an automated quality inspection system that automatically detects irregular defects on product surfaces and determines their defect status. It can detect even minute and complex defects that were difficult to detect with conventional rule-based methods. Furthermore, it offers high inspection accuracy and a variety of auxiliary functions, creating a user-friendly AI automation environment for manufacturing sites.

Sage provides solutions to major domestic companies such as Samsung SDI, LG Energy Solution, and SK On, and has proven its technological prowess in various industries such as secondary batteries, semiconductors, displays, and automotive parts.

Lee Seong-woo, Director of Sage Marketing Division, said, “SMATEC 2025 is an exhibition that leads the smart manufacturing industry in Korea, and it is an opportunity to share Sage’s AI machine vision technology with industry professionals.” He added, “Through the exhibition, we plan to demonstrate how Sage Vision can solve challenges in manufacturing sites, such as quality control, productivity improvement, and defect rate reduction.”
