All My Tour Signs Strategic Partnership with Southeast Asian Travel Tech Company TA Network

Allmytour , an AI-based global bedbank solution company, announced on the 4th that it has signed a strategic partnership with Southeast Asian travel tech company 'TA Network (Trip Affiliates Network)'.

Headquartered in Singapore, TA Networks is a B2B distribution solutions provider connecting major accommodations, DMCs (local travel agents) and TMCs (travel agents) across Southeast Asia.

Through this comprehensive partnership, the two companies will gradually integrate their systems to share their accommodation product networks. By linking AllmyTour's directly contracted accommodations in Northeast Asia, including Korea, Japan, and Taiwan, with TA Network's Southeast Asian partner network, the two companies plan to establish a Bedbank distribution network spanning Asia.

Through this collaboration, AllmyTour will supply over 1 million accommodation options to approximately 400 B2B travel agencies in key markets where the TA network operates, including Indonesia, Vietnam, and Thailand. This will expand the overseas sales channels for accommodation operators and broaden the selection of competitive Southeast Asian accommodations available to its subscription-based OTA platform, AllmyTour.com, broadening the choices available to Awesome Membership members.

The collaboration between the two companies goes beyond simple distribution network integration and is seen as a comprehensive collaboration model that will accelerate digital transformation (DX) and AI transformation (AX) across the Asian travel industry. Based on API integration, the two companies will jointly develop solutions that support core travel agency functions, such as dynamic packages, real-time inventory and rate checks, and reservation management. They also plan to expand into offline-centric markets such as Indonesia, Malaysia, and Japan.

All My Tour Co-CEO Jeong Hyeon-il said, “The number of Asian tourists visiting Korea this year has exceeded 10 million as of the third quarter, showing a clear recovery in travel demand.” He added, “Through cooperation with the TA network, we will accelerate the development of AX-based solutions and the development of new markets, and take the lead in building a new tourism ecosystem connecting Northeast Asia and Southeast Asia.”
