
Grep (CEO Seongsu Lim) , a company specializing in AI-based online assessment platforms, announced on the 28th that it has completed the '2025 DTI Forum', which was organized to share innovative cases of testing and assessment in the era of artificial intelligence (AI).
This forum, held on the 23rd at the Adonis Hall of the Samjeong Hotel in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, was themed "The Future of Testing and Assessment: How AI Will Change Its Ways." Approximately 114 HR professionals from public institutions, educational institutions, and certification and testing agencies attended the event, a 90% increase from the previous year. A total of 82 organizations participated, with 33 (40%) from educational and public institutions.
Attendees shared practical application cases from domestic and international experts through sessions and panel discussions on topics such as AI-based test proctoring, assessment automation, and digital testing innovation.
Key presentations included ▲'The Future of Education and Assessment Transformed by AI' by Humphrey Chan, Prometric Asia General Manager; ▲'A New Assessment Environment Completed with AI' by Dongwook Lim, Agora Korea Branch Manager; ▲'The AI Era, Changes in Talent Assessment and Real-World Application Cases' by Wanted Business Director Myunghoon Yoon and Grep Head of Headquarters Gahyang Kim; and ▲'The AI Era, the Future of Talent and Organizations' by Seongjun Kim, Adjunct Professor at Kookmin University.
The final panel discussion, "The Future of Assessment and Testing Opened by AI," explored the potential applications and future developments of AI-based assessment and recruitment. Participants identified specific measures to enhance assessment reliability and efficiency, and expressed their appreciation for the insights they gained that could aid their organizations' digital transformation.
