Techville Education selected as a "2025 Seoul-type Small and Medium Enterprise."

Techville Education (CEO Lee Hyeong-se) , an AI and digital education company, announced on the 23rd that it was selected as a '2025 Seoul-type small and medium-sized enterprise' certified by the Seoul Metropolitan Government.

The "Seoul-type Strong Small and Medium Enterprise" program is a system in which the Seoul Metropolitan Government certifies small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with high growth potential and a stable work environment for young people. This year, a total of 149 companies applied, resulting in a competition rate of 3.1 to 1, and 48 were ultimately selected.

Techville Education received this certification in recognition of its efforts to improve the work environment, including ▲job creation ▲expanding youth employment ▲operating a partial flexible work system and a flexible vacation system, as well as its welfare system, including ▲book support ▲operating in-house seminars ▲providing breakfast ▲and providing medical expenses.

Companies selected as Seoul-type small and medium-sized enterprises will receive up to 15 million won per person and up to 45 million won per company for improving the working environment when hiring young full-time employees. This support can be used to enhance employee welfare, including expanding rest areas and convenience facilities, improving organizational culture, providing health checkups, and promoting self-development. Employees can also participate in follow-up programs, including onboarding programs and work-life balance consulting.
