Namu Technology (CEO Jeong Cheol) , a virtualization and cloud specialist, announced on the 22nd that it had recently won a contract to build a network separation VDI (virtual desktop infrastructure) for a large domestic service company.
Through this project, Namu Technology expanded the number of affiliate users based on the existing group infrastructure and established a separate network separation system. The entire environment was designed as a Desktop as a Service (DaaS) model, creating a more secure and efficient remote work environment.
Namu Technology has enhanced operational efficiency through user access control, resource management, and unified login by applying a Citrix-based virtualization solution and its integrated management portal, Namu Cloud Center (NCC). By creating an intuitive user environment within the portal, it has also ensured both security and ease of use.
This implementation allows the client to leverage existing infrastructure while maintaining a secure, separate network environment. This reduces the risk of data leakage and enhances the security of remote work and internal system access. Furthermore, the introduction of DaaS is expected to enhance system scalability, operational efficiency, and cost savings.
A Namu Technology official stated, “This project is a case that demonstrates the efficient expansion of group-level infrastructure resources and the stability and economic feasibility of DaaS-based operations,” adding, “We will continue to provide digital workspace solutions that enhance security and productivity in various industries, including finance, services, and the public sector.”
