Tripvitoz Signs Strategic Partnership with iOL at GITEX Global 2025

Tripvitoz (CEO Jiha Jeong) announced on the 15th that it has signed a strategic partnership with iOL, an intelligent travel technology platform company, at 'GITEX Global 2025', one of the IT exhibitions.

This agreement aims to foster long-term collaboration to strengthen core technologies for online travel agencies (OTAs), including hotel inventory integration, payment automation, and rewards systems. It is also seen as a signal for TripBitoz's expansion into Middle Eastern markets, including the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Following its presence in Indonesia and the UAE, TripBitoz plans to expand its exports to Africa to secure international users.

iOL offers various modular technologies, including 'iOL X', a platform that connects hotels and travel buyers around the world; 'iOL Pay', a multinational payment environment automation solution; 'iOL Escapes', a rewards platform for travelers; and 'iOL Edge', a system that supports building hotels' own reservation portals. In particular, 'iOL Pay' is attracting attention as a stable payment infrastructure, processing global transactions worth approximately 500 million dollars (approximately 670 billion won) as of 2024. TripBitoz plans to introduce this technology to the Korean market and contribute to the revitalization of the ecosystem.

This agreement was officially signed at the "GITEX Global 2025" event, co-hosted by the Ministry of Science and ICT and the National IT Industry Promotion Agency (NIPA). TripBitos, a leading Korean digital content convergence company, is participating and actively conducting business meetings with domestic and international buyers.

Jeong Ji-ha, CEO of TripBitos, stated, "This partnership goes beyond simple sales and technology collaboration and is an opportunity to demonstrate the competitiveness of Korean platforms in the global market. Through collaboration with various technology companies, we will promote the value of Korean native platforms to travelers around the world and expand the foundation for providing users with an enhanced travel experience." The two companies plan to pursue mid- to long-term cooperation plans, including joint development of an OTA system and expansion of the global hotel supply chain.
