Wadle Co., Ltd. (CEO Ji-hyeok Park), an artificial intelligence (AI) technology-based startup, announced on the 15th that it will participate in the commerce tech exhibition "Next Commerce 2025," held at Konkuk University's New Millennium Hall from October 22nd to 23rd. At the event, Wadle plans to introduce its commerce innovation strategy centered around its AI clerk solution, "Gentoo."
"The Next Commerce 2025" is Korea's leading exhibition sharing the latest technologies and trends in the commerce industry. This year, key topics include globalization, K-trends, global competition, and asset-based value creation (real estate and data). This is Wardle's second participation, following last year's, and the company will operate an exhibition booth where visitors can experience Gentoo's features firsthand. Furthermore, the company will offer personalized one-on-one consultations for visiting companies.
Wardle's AI solution, "Gentoo," is a B2B SaaS service that understands customers' purchasing intent and context through natural conversations, much like a store clerk at an offline store, and then suggests personalized products based on these insights. The company demonstrated its technological prowess by winning the "OpenAI GPT-5 Hackathon" last August. Currently, over 40 companies both domestically and internationally are implementing the solution, leveraging it to automate customer response processes and optimize marketing strategies.
On the first day of the event, CEO Park Ji-hyeok will present in the casual speech session on "Gentoo Utilization Cases in Domestic and International Brands and Commerce Platforms." He will share real-world conversation scenarios and key performance indicators, highlighting specific benefits such as improved purchase conversion rates following the introduction of Gentoo.
Through its participation in this event, Wade plans to strengthen its network with various e-commerce companies and expand cooperation with online shopping mall operators to explore new business opportunities.
CEO Park Ji-hyeok said, “Gentoo is a solution that can simultaneously improve online operational efficiency and customer experience for e-commerce companies,” and added, “We also expect to see results in overseas market expansion through collaborations with brands that operate global online malls, such as K-Food and K-Beauty.”
Meanwhile, Waddle's exhibition booth will be located at booth number 7 within the event venue, and applications for participation in the event can be made through the official website of 'Next Commerce 2025'.
