Point Mobile, a company specializing in industrial mobile computers, announced on the 13th that it will participate in 'GITEX GLOBAL 2025' held in Dubai, United Arab Emirates from October 17th to 19th and unveil its next-generation all-in-one industrial mobile computer 'MF52'.
'GITEX GLOBAL' is a Middle East and Africa information and communications technology (ICT) exhibition, and it is a major exhibition where global ICT companies announce new products and exchange technologies every year. Point Mobile plans to showcase key products at this exhibition, including the ▲5G-based disaster safety network terminal 'PM95', ▲high-durability handheld terminal 'PM452', ▲battery-replaceable industrial tablet 'TR54', and ▲Android-based smart POS terminal 'PS32'.
Among these, the 'MF52' is a new product that integrates multiple functions, such as barcode scanning, RFID, NFC payment, fingerprint recognition, and a high-definition camera, into a single terminal. It is designed to replace complex equipment used in industrial sites with a single device. It applies the latest Wi-Fi 7 and 5G communication technologies and is equipped with a Qualcomm QCM6690 octa-core processor to achieve high performance and speed. It also has a replaceable, large-capacity battery, a rugged construction that passed the US Department of Defense durability test (MIL-STD-810H), and a slim design, giving it high potential for use in various industrial environments.
Meanwhile, one of the flagship models, the PM95, supports 5G-based MCPTT (Mission Critical Push-To-Talk) and features specialized features for disaster safety network environments, including real-time voice communication, emergency calls, location tracking, and live streaming. The product has been deployed and is currently being used by key safety infrastructure organizations, including the police, fire department, and military, in Korea. Based on this product, Point Mobile is expanding its business globally, securing defense and disaster safety projects in numerous countries, including Mexico.
Point Mobile plans to use this exhibition as an opportunity to fully launch its global market expansion strategy, focusing on key industries such as e-commerce logistics, retail modernization, and public safety, including the Middle East and Africa. It currently operates a network of service centers and 196 dealerships in 77 countries worldwide, strengthening its real-time technical support and customer response system.
A company official said, “Point Mobile is expanding its presence in the global industrial terminal market beyond hardware manufacturing based on its technological prowess and reliability,” and “Through this participation in GITEX, we plan to showcase our next-generation product competitiveness to the global market and expand opportunities for cooperation with various industries.”
