Surien Co., Ltd. (CEO Song Sang-cheol), a platform service specialist, was selected as an ‘Innovative Small Business’ by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups.
Surien operates a CS platform that integrates customer consultation history and installation reservation status, and has been evaluated as increasing customer convenience by enabling use without installing a separate application through KakaoTalk notification talk linkage.
Along with this selection as an innovative small business, Surien, in partnership with Motor Club, officially launched a GPS, DTG, and black box installation service based on the CS platform and KakaoTalk Notification Talk. This service includes vehicle location tracking, driving record management, safe driving inspections, and accident and theft prevention features, and features emergency response and integrated data-based customized services.
Surien has been providing installation and maintenance services for electric vehicle chargers, kiosks, and water purifiers. The company stated, "With this selection as an innovative small business and the launch of this new service, we will accelerate the advancement of our customer-centric platform service. We also plan to recruit additional installation and repair partners nationwide to strengthen our water purifier business."
Surien plans to continue strengthening its digital platform competitiveness and launching new services that incorporate diverse solutions.
