Channel Corporation (CEO Siwon Choi), which operates the all-in-one AI business messenger 'Channel Talk', announced that it will hold 'ChannelCon 2025', a conference to share real-world business application cases of artificial intelligence (AI) technology, at Amoris Yeoksam in Gangnam, Seoul on November 6.
This event, themed "AI: REAL CASES ONLY," is aimed at companies considering adopting or transitioning to AI technology. Beyond a simple introduction to the technology, the discussion will focus on proven AI use cases in real-world workplaces.
In the keynote speech, Kim Jae-hong, Vice President of Channel Corporation, will present the operational performance of the AI consulting agent "ALF" and explain its effectiveness in various industrial settings. Following this, CEO Choi Si-won will present the features and development background of "ALF v2," scheduled for release in October.
The new version, Alpha v2, provides more sophisticated responses by referencing various types of unstructured data, such as Excel, PDF, and websites, and will also enhance CS automation functions, such as reservation and order changes, exchanges, and returns.
External expert sessions include ▲‘What makes growing companies different in the AI era’ by Kim Han-jun, CEO of Altos Ventures ▲‘Beyond DX to AX’ by Ai Utsunomiya, CS Director at Japanese fashion company ST HD (formerly Adastria) ▲‘AI talent development strategy that created 100 million views in 7 weeks’ by Kang Min-seo, CAIO of Yanadoo.
Applications for the event are accepted free of charge through the official website until October 29th, and approximately 500 attendees will be invited through a lottery.
CEO Choi Si-won said, “Since only a small number of companies that have actually introduced AI are achieving tangible results, it is time to discuss more realistic utilization strategies,” and added, “I hope that this ChannelCon will provide practical insights and provide practical help to companies in their AI transformation (AX).”
