Daeryun Law Firm Signs Strategic MOU with Swiss Law Firm PST Legal & Consulting

Daeryun Law Firm has signed a strategic business agreement with Swiss law firm PST Legal & Consulting. They plan to collaborate on a variety of areas, including international procurement and contract law, AI risk management, and cross-border transactions, providing global legal services to both European and Korean companies.

The signing ceremony held on the 24th at the branch office of Daeryun Seoul headquarters was attended by Daeryun CEO Kim Kook-il, American attorney Son Dong-hoo, accountant Yoo Jeong-yeon, PST Managing Attorney Patrick Storchenegger, Attorney Park Min-young, and Manager Natalie Sella-Rolando.

PST Legal & Consulting is an independent law firm headquartered in Zug, Switzerland. Drawing on over 30 years of expertise and an international network, it provides integrated legal services to individuals, institutions, and corporate clients. Its expertise spans commercial law, tax law, finance and capital markets law, real estate and construction, immigration and labor, intellectual property rights, criminal law, and compliance. Its advisory capabilities are particularly specialized in emerging technology-driven industries such as blockchain, artificial intelligence (AI), and FinTech.

Daeryun operates 36 offices in Korea and is expanding into international markets, including New York and Washington, D.C. In particular, Daeryun is attracting attention for its "total legal services" offering, collaborating with diverse internal and external professionals, including a software development team, online marketing team, digital forensics center, and security center, in addition to legal services.

Through this MOU, the two companies plan to cooperate in various areas, including ▲cooperation in legal consulting related to international procurement and global contract law, ▲joint development of AI-based contract analysis and regulatory risk prediction systems, ▲provision of services linking corporate entry and legal consulting between Korea and Europe, ▲cooperation in consulting on global asset protection and tax structure design, ▲joint promotion of ethical management consulting based on ESG and compliance, ▲cooperation in joint production and marketing of online international legal content, ▲co-hosting of policy forums and international seminars, and promotion of exchange of legal talent.
