Care Co., Ltd. (CEO Jang Han-sol), which operates the senior career platform 'Care Partner', announced on the 25th that it received the Minister of Health and Welfare's Award for 'Contribution to Senior Employment' at the 2025 Senior Employment Week event.
This award recognizes the private online platform's contribution to creating jobs for seniors, particularly in the job placement industry.
Care Partner, operated by Care, was the first online platform to participate in the Korea Senior Citizens' Human Resources Development Institute's senior citizen job placement program in 2024, connecting over 1,000 middle-aged and older individuals aged 60 and older with jobs in its first year. As of September 2025, it has supported over 1,800 jobs and plans to connect a total of 2,500 people by the end of the year.
Currently, Care Partner has over 180,000 cumulative members, and approximately 5,500 nursing facilities nationwide are using the platform. This platform connects job seekers and recruiters nationwide, addressing information asymmetry in the senior job market.
Taking advantage of this award, Care plans to expand its services beyond nursing assistants to include a variety of senior-focused positions, including hospital accompaniment managers, life support workers, and security guards. Furthermore, the company plans to develop customized job opportunities and job training programs for a broad range of seniors, from those in their 50s to those in their 70s and older, to support their economic activities.
Jang Han-sol, CEO of Care, said, “I am delighted that our efforts to create jobs for the elderly have led to a commendation from the Minister of Health and Welfare, the only private company to do so,” and added, “We will continue to develop this into a platform where seniors can design and grow new careers.”
