Data Knows Selected as a "Super Gap Startup 1,000+ Project"

Data Knows (CEO Kim Ki-won) , an AI real estate big data specialist, announced on the 12th that it had been selected for the AX field, a core domain of the "Super Gap Startup 1000+ Project," hosted by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups. Accordingly, Data Knows will begin full-scale development of its next-generation AI-based real estate prediction model.

The "Super Gap Startup 1000+ Project" identifies promising startups with unique technological competitiveness and supports their entry into the global market. It primarily targets AI-based companies established within the past 10 years. Datanose was selected for the AX (Artificial Intelligence eXperience) category, which provides various support for technology commercialization, including commercialization funding, AI technology development, and market development.

Through this project, Data Knows plans to refine and integrate complex factors such as supply and demand, market sentiment, and policy variables into its real estate big data, thereby enhancing the accuracy of its AI forecasting model. Specifically, the strategy aims to enhance the effectiveness of AI-based real estate decision-making support technology by advancing demand forecasting models, improving the accuracy of regional supply forecasts, and developing automatic report generation capabilities using large-scale language models (LLMs).

Currently, Data Knows is working with the Korea Research Institute for Human Settlements on the project "Development of a Spatiotemporal Integrated Real Estate Supply and Demand Economic Model and System Construction." The company is developing a supply and demand analysis model based on permitting, construction commencement, and completion data from across the nation, including the Seoul metropolitan area. Through this, the company aims to enhance the effectiveness of government policies and contribute to the stabilization of the real estate market.

Furthermore, based on the technological capabilities accumulated through projects with numerous companies, including Hyundai Engineering & Construction, Korea Land Trust, BS Hanyang, and DL Construction, the company plans to develop an scalable AI model linked to global real estate data in the future.
