Deepfine (CEO Hyunbae Kim) , an XR spatial computing platform company, announced on the 10th that it will participate in the '2025 Korea Construction & Safety Expo' held at KINTEX in Ilsan from September 17th to 19th.
At this year's expo, DeepFine will participate in the Hyundai Engineering & Construction Open Innovation Joint Pavilion and showcase its XR spatial information construction solution, "Deep.Fine Spatial Crafter (DSC). This solution will showcase examples of how XR technology can be applied to improve safety and work efficiency at construction sites.
DeepFine's DSC, based on a high-precision Visual Positioning System (VPS) and vision AI technology, enables the creation of a digital twin environment using only a mobile device, without any special equipment. This allows for pre-verification of pre-construction procedures and the early identification of risk factors, which can be utilized for safety management and quality control.
DeepFine is currently co-developing an XR quality management solution for plant facility piping construction with Hyundai Engineering & Construction as part of the Ministry of SMEs and Startups' Startup Leap Package program. This solution aims to establish a real-time quality management system by linking DSC's 3D spatial scanning capabilities with BIM (Building Information Modeling) data. The project is scheduled to continue until 2026.
Through this exhibition, Deepfine will focus on demonstrating the applicability of XR technology specialized for the construction industry and actual construction cases, and will also provide customized XR consulting for companies seeking to improve safety and productivity.
Kim Hyun-bae, CEO of Deepfine, said, “As the digital transformation of the construction industry accelerates, the importance of XR technology is increasing,” and “Through this exhibition, we will share Deepfine’s technological prowess and field application cases, and expand opportunities for collaboration with various construction companies.”
