Muhayu Provides AI Recruitment Solutions at the 2025 Financial Sector Joint Job Fair

Muhayu (CEO Shin Dong-ho), an AI technology company based on natural language understanding, announced on the 9th that it provided AI document evaluation solutions and job search support services at the "2025 Financial Sector Joint Job Fair." All 76 financial companies participating in the fair utilized Muhayu's AI document evaluation solution, "Prism," to select candidates for mock interviews.

Held annually since 2017, the Financial Sector Joint Job Fair is the industry's largest recruitment event. This year, 80 companies (76 financial institutions and 4 fintech and IT companies) participated, making it the largest ever. Participating companies engaged with job seekers through recruitment information, mentoring from current employees, and mock interviews.

Prism uses AI-based evaluation technology to evaluate the content of self-introductions. It not only checks for structural errors such as plagiarism, company name errors, exposure of personal information, and typos in the applicant's document, but also analyzes the content into six categories: ▲response suitability ▲content specificity ▲grammar suitability ▲organizational suitability ▲self-introduction ▲job suitability, and provides numerical results.

Evaluation results are visualized through highlighting, and interview questions are automatically generated based on the relevant passages, serving as a guide for interviewers. Prism can process resume evaluations, which typically take 12 minutes on average, in just 4 seconds, contributing to increased efficiency in recruitment practices.

At the job fair, Muhayu also showcased its all-in-one job preparation solution, "CK PASS." CK PASS is a platform that supports the entire job preparation process, including resume writing and analysis, AI mock interviews, and competency assessments. This year's job fair focused on AI mock interviews, providing job seekers with hands-on experience.

In addition, Muhayu also offers a conversational interview system through its AI interview solution, "Monster." Monster analyzes applicants' responses in real time, generates follow-up questions, and evaluates their consistency and logicality. By linking with Prism, it enables personalized interviews based on resumes, making it a comprehensive solution for the entire recruitment process.

Currently, Muhayu's AI recruitment solution is being implemented and utilized by approximately 700 companies. Over the past three years, the number of applicants for the AI interview solution 'Monster' has increased 6.4 times, and the number of companies implementing it has increased more than three times.

"The financial sector places a particular emphasis on fairness and objectivity, and demand for AI-based assessments is steadily growing," said Shin Dong-ho, CEO of Muhayu. "The fact that all financial companies utilized Prism at this fair demonstrates that AI-based recruitment is gradually becoming the standard." He added, "We will continue to develop our technology to simultaneously enhance the efficiency and fairness of recruitment."
