Whattime RoundHR has been selected as an additional supplier for the 2025 Small and Medium Business Recruitment Management Solution Support Project.

Wattime Co., Ltd. (CEO Jae-young Kim), which operates the all-in-one recruitment solution 'roundHR', announced on the 4th that it was additionally selected as a supplier for the '2025 Small and Medium Business Recruitment Management Solution Support Project' hosted by the Ministry of Employment and Labor and the Korea Productivity Association.

The "Small and Medium Enterprise Recruitment Management Solution Support Project" is a government-sponsored program that supports the introduction of an ATS (Agent Management System) for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that struggle to establish a systematic recruitment system. Any employer who has not used an ATS for a fee within the past 12 months and is registered with Employment24 is eligible to apply.

Following the initial selection of two suppliers in March for the 2025 program, RoundHR was selected exclusively in this additional round of recruitment. As a result, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) will be eligible for 80% of the annual usage fee (up to 400,000 won) when implementing RoundHR.

RoundHR is a solution that automates the entire recruitment process, from job posting management to interview scheduling, resume analysis, AI-based chat data analysis, and talent sourcing (TRM). It reduces repetitive administrative tasks and allows recruiters to focus on strategic tasks. Currently, approximately 350 companies, including CJ ENM, Wanted, and UNICEF, have adopted and are utilizing this solution.

“The core of RoundHR is to help HR teams focus on more strategic roles by automating repetitive tasks,” said Kim Jae-young, CEO of Wattime. “We hope that this support project will enable more small and medium-sized businesses to build efficient, data-driven recruitment environments.”
