Muhayu to Supply Monster Ability Test Solution to Tony Moly

Muhayu (CEO Shin Dong-ho), an AI technology company based on salmon understanding, announced on the 3rd that it has supplied its AI competency testing solution 'Monster' to beauty brand Tony Moly.

'Monster' is Korea's first interactive AI recruitment service consisting of AI interviews and AI competency tests, and Tony Moly is utilizing the competency test function among these to select talent.

In line with its expansion into the global market, TonyMoly is conducting a competency test for those who pass the first interview. This test allows for an in-depth analysis of the applicant's aptitude and capabilities, and allows for an evaluation based on objective data, rather than the evaluator's subjective assessment. In the second interview, the results of the competency test are used to further verify the applicant's organizational fit, ultimately leading to the final hiring decision.

The Monster Competency Test, based on psychological evidence, comprehensively assesses applicants' personality, metacognition, job fit, and potential for maladjustment. Specifically, it analyzes potential maladjustments by categorizing them into factors such as conflict generation, insincere work, and the potential for early resignation. Results are graded into three categories: good, caution, and dangerous.

With the growing importance of organizational and job fit among companies, there's a growing trend of companies leveraging AI to analyze applicants' capabilities and suitability data and compare them with high-performing candidates to select tailored candidates. Muhayu streamlines repetitive assessment processes through its AI document evaluation service "Prism" and AI competency testing and interview service "Monster," while objectively analyzing applicants' capabilities to help companies recruit the best talent.

Currently, Muhayu's "Prism" and "Monster" are being used by approximately 700 companies, including mid-sized companies, large corporations, small and medium-sized enterprises, and startups. The company plans to continue enhancing its customized AI recruitment solutions to support optimal talent screening and recruitment.

“For companies like TonyMoly that are seeking to enter the global market, securing talent that fits the organizational culture and can deliver high performance is crucial,” said Shin Dong-ho, CEO of Muhayu. “Muhayu’s AI competency assessment solution will contribute to recruiting the best talent through innovation in the hiring process and objective, data-based evaluation.”
