Proptech company L&DC (CEO Deok-Haeng Lee) announced on the 27th that it has signed a business agreement (MOU) with global real estate franchise RE/MAX Korea (CEO Hee-Sung Shin).
Through this agreement, the two companies plan to cooperate in various areas, including ▲enhancing LNDC's real estate analysis service 'Land Up', ▲supporting brokerage services for Remax franchisees, and ▲building a user ecosystem.
LNDC operates "Landup," an AI-based real estate business analysis solution, and recently launched the "Property Short Briefing" service for licensed real estate agents. Simply inputting an address allows this service to automatically summarize land and building information, location conditions, and projected returns, generating a listing description. This is expected to improve brokerage efficiency and streamline the process of providing customer service materials.
Through this agreement, the company expects to expand its services by leveraging Remax's nationwide franchise network, expand its user base in the brokerage field, improve data-based precision, and strengthen the lock-in effect.
An LNDC official said, “We will continue to develop technologies that provide practical help to the real estate brokerage field,” and added, “Through this collaboration, we believe we will be able to create an environment that provides efficient real estate information to both real estate agents and customers.”
