AGCC and Korea Water Resources Corporation Host an Orientation for Startups Entering the Middle East

AGCC announced that it conducted an orientation and pre-training session for the '2025 UAE Middle East Entry Program' with Korea Water Resources Corporation at the Daejeon Tipstown Town Hall.

The 10 companies that were finally selected (▲Sob, ▲Azenda, ▲Choice Lab, ▲CSM ▲Tion Lab Therapeutics ▲Gauss Lab ▲Shelp Space ▲Swasher ▲BTI ▲One More Security) attended the event and shared the program's operation direction and localization strategy, and laid the groundwork for a full-fledged start through a practical Q&A session.

This orientation provided essential information and practical insights, including ▲Korea Water Resources Corporation's Expand North Star by GITEX promotion background ▲AGCC introduction and sharing of Dubai program roadmap ▲key strategies for entering the UAE, Middle Eastern business manners and investment trends.

Meanwhile, AGCC Korea CEO Jeon Jeong-hyeon said, “This collaboration goes beyond simple exhibition participation and aims to establish a practical foundation for Korean technology companies to advance into the Middle East’s water resources and energy sectors, responding to actual demand.” He added, “We will continue to expand our demand-driven global expansion program.”

Korea Water Resources Corporation (K-water) also leverages its infrastructure, technological prowess, and expertise to support the growth of promising startups and actively assist them in their overseas expansion. In particular, through its collaboration with AGCC, the company plans to systematically support startups in establishing a bridgehead for expansion into the Middle East and initiating preparatory measures to achieve tangible results on the ground.

Participating companies will be able to explore opportunities such as discovering local partners and PoC (Proof of Concept) through future Expand North Satr by GITEX booth operation, meetups with local UAE organizations, DMCC visits and pitching sessions, and AGCC Demo Day, and will be able to directly implement business strategies specialized for the Middle East market.

This program is hosted by K-water, and AGCC provides close support throughout the entire process, from domestic pre-training to local booth operation and networking.
