
AI and coding education startup Horang Edu (CEO Yoo Do-hee) announced that it has signed a business agreement with the AI Future Education Research Association to create a coding and artificial intelligence education ecosystem utilizing Hangul coding.
The signing ceremony held on the 22nd was attended by representatives from both sides, including Yoo Do-hee, CEO of Horang Edu, and Lee Geon-ho, president of the AI Future Education Research Association.
Through this agreement, the two companies agreed to cooperate in various areas, including joint development of AI coding-based educational content, class operation and result analysis, expansion of AI and coding education through collaboration with national and regional educational institutions, operation of educational events such as seminars, hackathons, and teacher training, and provision of instructor pools and services when carrying out digital education projects.
The AI Future Education Research Group is a nationwide teacher research group with over 1,500 participants from kindergartens, elementary, middle, high schools, and special education schools. Beyond traditional edtech applications, teachers are actively planning and developing educational software and content tailored to their specific classrooms, working to improve the quality of instruction.
Lee Geon-ho, president of the AI Future Education Research Association, said that through this agreement, they have begun full-scale cooperation to expand the AI education ecosystem using Hangul coding, and that they will support teachers to utilize coding and AI education content using AI-based Hangul coding in the classroom.
Yoo Do-hee, CEO of Horang Edu, said that with this agreement as an opportunity, they plan to actively reflect teachers' opinions and build an AI and coding education ecosystem that can be easily utilized in educational settings.
