The Busan Creative Economy Innovation Center (CEO Yongwoo Kim, hereinafter referred to as Busan Creative Economy) announced on the 11th that its 2025 pre-startup package incubation company, "Withonly," signed a strategic memorandum of agreement (MOA) with kitchenware OEM specialist Kims Cook Co., Ltd. (CEO Jongmoon Kim). The agreement was signed on July 16th.
Through this agreement, the two companies will pursue joint product development, joint mold investment and development, product mock-up provision, priority use of Kimscook's patented technology, and joint participation in global exhibitions. In particular, Kimscook's advanced coating and assembly technology will be applied to WithOnly's new products.
WithOnly is jointly planning and developing a new product lineup with Kims Cook, including two frying pans, one pot, and a detachable handle. The two companies are collaborating to flesh out the initial concept, design renderings, and brand direction. Kims Cook will provide mockups for each product type for mass production and support mold design tailored to the development schedule.
The two companies also plan to jointly participate in the Ambiente trade fair, a global kitchenware exhibition in Frankfurt, Germany. Kims Cook plans to prioritize WithOnly products during its buyer meetings and distribution consultations.
Busan Changgyeong expects this agreement, which serves as an example of a collaborative model between a startup and a manufacturing company, to have a positive impact on expanding domestic and international distribution networks and entering new markets.
