
AB180 announced on the 17th that it contributed to the development of a 'B2B2C marketing campaign' by providing its global marketing solution Braze to the business network service 'Remember'.
Braze is a marketing automation and personalization solution used by more than 2,000 companies in 70 countries around the world. It collects various customer data and helps communicate with customers in real time through channels such as email and push notifications. ABILPALGONG has been in charge of licensing supply and consulting services as an official reselling partner of Braze since 2017.
As the number of Remember members increased, the need for CRM activity enhancement and management grew, and Braze was introduced to create an environment where multiple departments could understand and utilize data based on the same standards.
Remember is using Braze to analyze its user data and carry out effective target marketing. Braze is actively used for various purposes, including encouraging subscription to Remember services, participating in promotional activities such as corporate announcements, AB testing for UI/UX improvement, AB testing of marketing messages, customized campaigns by customer segment, and marketing consent campaigns.
A Remember official said, “Before introducing Braze, each department sent text messages, app push messages, and emails through their own admins or individual tools, which made it difficult to measure performance as well as operationally.” They continued, “Braze allows for the free use of user data to create segments and manages various channels such as app push messages, emails, and SMS at once, making it useful for enhancing marketing campaigns.”
