The non-profit organization 'Yoon Min-chang Investment Foundation' announced that it will recruit the 17th Good Starter from January 15 to March 3. Yoon Min-chang Investment Foundation's Good Starter is an initial startup investment competition that began recruiting the first batch in 2017, and has selected and invested in a total of 105 teams up to the 16th batch selected in November 2024.
The 'Yoonmin Creative Investment Foundation', a non-profit organization, is recruiting the 17th batch of Good Starters until March 3rd under the banner of fostering creative talent and supporting innovative startups so that entrepreneurs with creative ideas and a spirit of challenge can unfold their dreams. Startups with creative ideas, innovative technologies, and startups whose business purpose is social contribution can apply.
To apply, please fill out the application form on the Yoon Min-chang Investment Foundation website by March 3rd and submit it with a business plan attached. The target of the application is a corporation or a start-up team planning to establish a corporation.
After receiving the documents, the final support target will be selected through document evaluation, on-site evaluation, and presentation evaluation. In particular, in the case of on-site evaluation, the 'Yoon Min Chang Investment Foundation' staff will visit the startup in person and comprehensively evaluate the marketability, technical capabilities, and entrepreneurial spirit of the item. The 17th Good Starter startups that are finally selected in April will be given up to 100 million won in investment funds.
Startups selected for the 17th Good Starter will be provided with TIPS recommendations and the opportunity to move into the Yoon Min Chang Investment Foundation startup space. The startup space usage period is one year, which will reduce the burden of office rental for early-stage startups, and joint growth is expected through networking among Good Starter selected teams.
The Yoon Min-chang Investment Foundation plans to recruit Good Starters twice a year, once in the first and second half of the year.
