
Mental tech startup Doctorpresso (CEO Jeong Hwan-bo) signed a business partnership agreement with the Chung-Ang University Medical Artificial Intelligence Specialized Convergence Talent Development Center on the 16th to promote medical industry innovation and medical advancement.
Through this agreement, both parties will pursue joint research and training of specialized talent converging healthcare and AI. Key areas of collaboration include developing a convergence training program for healthcare and AI professionals, fostering talent capable of solving industrial problems, joint AI research based on the safe use of medical data, and academic information exchange.
Dr.Presso plans to collaborate with Chung-Ang University's research infrastructure to advance its AI-based voice analysis technology and verify the solution's medical validity and technological completeness through academic papers and clinical data.
Dr.Presso is developing precision mental health diagnostic software based on AI voice analysis technology that visualizes emotional changes. REDI, an AI voice diary service that analyzes psychological states using everyday voice data, has been recognized for its technological prowess both domestically and internationally. It recently won the FIX Innovation Award in the ICT category at the 2025 Future Innovation Technology Expo.
The company is also achieving success on the global stage. At Mobile World Congress (MWC), the world's largest mobile exhibition, the company was recognized for its commercial viability in voice-based psychiatric diagnostic technology, earning it a finalist in the GLOMO Awards Health and Wellness category. It also won a Special Award in the Scale-Up category at the Social Venture EXPO Innovation Competition.
Dr.Presso is strengthening the reliability of its technology through research papers and data-driven verification. Building on this, it is pursuing the development of an integrated mental care solution encompassing everything from mental health screening to daily recovery. Furthermore, the company plans to showcase its technology to the global market at CES 2026 in January 2026.
