DLG Law Corporation (CEO Hee-chul Ahn), a law firm specializing in startups and M&A, announced that it signed a three-party memorandum of understanding (MOU) to foster a healthy startup investment ecosystem with consulting group SME Economy Business Support Group (CEO Byeong-wook Choi) and corporate fund matching platform Moneybee (CEO Hyung-tae Kim) at the DLG Law Corporation headquarters in Seocho-gu, Seoul on December 30, 2025.
This agreement aims to leverage each company's expertise and resources to create a realistic and sustainable investment environment for domestic SMEs and startups. The three organizations plan to pursue various collaborative activities, including information exchange, joint promotional activities, and hosting seminars and webinars.
The SME Economy Business Support Group is a consulting group that provides management information and practical know-how to startups and small and medium-sized enterprises. They have been working to bridge the gap between startups and investors by co-hosting the first 'Moneybee IR DAY' with Moneybee in June 2024.
Moneybee operates a corporate finance matching platform and possesses technology that connects investment opportunities with investors based on unlisted company data and algorithms. DL Law Firm provides legal services encompassing the entire startup process, from founding and establishing investments to M&A, supporting everything from initial contracts to designing financing structures, assessing financial and legal risks, and implementing asset protection procedures.
Through this agreement, the three organizations plan to create synergy by sharing information on startup investment trends and legal issues, jointly promoting success stories, and jointly planning seminars and webinars.
“The startup ecosystem can grow healthily when information, funds, and laws are organically connected,” said Attorney Hee-chul Ahn, managing partner at DLG Law Firm. “This agreement is a meaningful beginning that will lay the foundation for startups to grow steadily and sustainably.”
